Validation (Internet Explorer 6):
Element 'td' cannot be nested
within element 'table'.

Heh. Well IE, you're just going to have to suck it up.

But it's true! You can only have a TD inside of a TR, and not directly in a TABLE.

...although I definitely do appreciate the humor of the message ;)

Ah, but it is inside of a TR. IE just doesn't know it. Or, IE seems to do fine with it, it's Visual Web Developer that's confused.
